The Bund is an iconic place in Shanghai. You can stroll along the riverside promenade and admire the historical buildings with diverse styles. The Gothic spires and Baroque carvings of each building tell stories of the past. Standing on the viewing platform, you can also overlook the modern skyline of Lujiazui on the opposite side, experiencing the unique charm of the blend of tradition and modernity in Shanghai.
Once you arrive at Lujiazui, the Oriental Pearl Tower looms large. Standing at an impressive height, the tower is one of Shanghai's most recognizable landmarks. You can take an elevator to the observation deck, where you'll be treated to a 360-degree panoramic view of Shanghai.

Have lunch at a restaurant near Lujiazui. There are a variety of cuisines to choose from here. Whether it's the rich and flavorful Shanghai-style cuisine or exotic-flavored dishes, they can satisfy your taste buds.
After lunch, it's time to take a cruise on the Huangpu River. This leisurely journey allows you to appreciate the beauty of Shanghai from a different angle. As the boat sails along the river, you'll see the iconic Yangpu Bridge and Nanpu Bridge, which are engineering marvels. On one side of the river, the historical buildings of The Bund stand in all their glory, while on the other side, the modern skyscrapers of Lujiazui, including the Shanghai Tower, the Jin Mao Tower, and the Oriental Pearl Tower, create a stunning contrast.

Explore a diverse collection of ancient Chinese artifacts in Shanghai Museum East. Inside, the museum houses an impressive collection of ancient calligraphy and paintings.
You can expect to see works by renowned masters from different dynasties. Starting from the elegant paintings of Gu Kaizhi in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, passing through the brushstrokes of Wu Daozi and Wang Wei in the Tang and Song Dynasties, and reaching the classic pieces of famous artists in the Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties.
