Elena's Feedback on 5-Day China Tour

Key to the success of the trip were both our tour guides Cindy and Sally and the driver who were extremely nice and attentive.

Thanks a lot for following up. We had a great trip and enjoyed a lot our time both in Lijiang and Dali. Everything worked very well and we managed to do and see everything we wanted. Key to the success of the trip were both our tour guides Cindy and Sally and the driver who were extremely nice and attentive. And, as in Dali we forgot to fill in the feedback prior to departure and had to do it last minute, I would like to take some minutes here to give some more detailed feedback about Sally, our Dali tour guide. Sally was truly fantastic and her professionalism and sympathy contributed to making our stay very special. She is very knowledgeable and offered all kind of interesting insight about the area and the culture, going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed the trip and our wishes were accomplished. But what we likes most was her genuine kindness, specially with our son Daniel who absolutely loved her ! I want to make sure I provide this feedback so that you can pass it along to whomever it may concern as it is people like Sally who make a difference. Only thing I would mention for future improvement is that sometimes it helps having flexibility to arrange small day excursions onsite instead of having a solid plan so early in advance. You get a better idea of what you want to do and see during the day once you are there and can talk to the guide and have a look around so flexibility is very important and that's something we would definitively like to take into account for further trips.
