Steven's Feedback on 9-Day China Tour

We enjoyed every moment with our tour guides, Victor in Zhangjiajie and Lili in Beijing. They both were professional, well prepared for our trip, very flexible and went extra miles for us. We had foggy and rainy weather in Zhangjiajie and visibility were limited at the mountain. But, Victor knows local culture and mountain so well and led us to the spot where we could have glimpse of views. Victor waited almost two hours at the Tongren Daxing Airport until we checked in.

We came back home four days ago and still suffering from jet lag. We enjoyed our China trip. Thanks for arranging perfect tour schedule. We also appreciate your follow up phone call while we were at Zhangjiajie and close communication with us during our trip. We enjoyed every moment with our tour guides, Victor in Zhangjiajie and Lili in Beijing. They both were professional, well prepared for our trip, very flexible and went extra miles for us. We had foggy and rainy weather in Zhangjiajie and visibility were limited at the mountain. But, Victor knows local culture and mountain so well and led us to the spot where we could have glimpse of views. Victor waited almost two hours at the Tongren Daxing Airport until we checked in. We had couple of hours delay on our flight to Beijing and Lili was waiting for us at the airport at 3:00 AM. She talked to the Marriot Hotel and upgraded our room without extra charge when we checked in. My wife has in depth interest in Chinese history and I have interest in architecture and odd things. We were very impressed with Lili’s knowledge on all of our questions. She also waited at the Beijing airport until we checked in. Both Victor and Lili were very lovable and enjoyable guides. They made our trip fun and memorable. We think that Whitney, Victor and Lili are very valuable assets to your company.
