George's Feedback on 19-Day China Tour

We would like to thank you for the amazing holiday you organised and helped us through in China. You guides were absolutely brilliant without exception and we would recommend you and them to our friends in the future. Thank you so much for the meal with Jason in Guilin although it is a pity that you were unable to join us. We had a lovely evening with Jason who is a very impressive young man and we wish him every good wish in the future. We were met by Frost at Beijing and she is such a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient person that we were very sorry to have to leave her. We have seen and learnt so much about China because of your guides. China is a wonderful country and your guides were great ambassadors of the Chinese people. You must be very proud of them. I did want to explain the feedback form for Coffee which in no way was detrimental to him as he did everything possible to help us and guide us in Yichang when our flight to Shanghai was cancelled but we did feel that he could have benefited from being more aware from your office of what he was able to do with us as a last minute substitute guide because of the cancellation. This is just our feedback comments which may help you in the future but I would like to say that he is an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable young man and we very much enjoyed our time with him. We missed out on part of our itinerary in Shanghai and needed a substitute which he did endeavoured to fulfil and we had no idea about what to do in Yichang to ask him to show us. We had to catch up in Shanghai with Esther who tried her absolute best to make sure we saw as much as possible. We enjoyed a great cruise with her during the evening as well. Please send our thanks again to everyone. We felt that we got to know them so well and at each change of place felt sorry to leave them.
