Alan's Feedback on 17-Day China Tour

I would like to thank you personally for organising such an enjoyable,interesting and smooth running tour.All guides were well informed,personable and very efficient and all drivers were courteous and proficient.

Hello Simon,sorry for taking so long to reply to your e-mail.I will be posting a full review on Trip Advisor but I would like to thank you personally for organising such an enjoyable,interesting and smooth running tour.All guides were well informed,personable and very efficient and all drivers were courteous and proficient.Generally most transfers and transports were punctual and efficient but I do have two issues to raise with you.Firstly,not until we were in Chongquin on transfer to we thought the cruise ship were we told we would have to take a coach to the cruise dock.Not until we arrived at the coach were we informed it would be a 3hr journey.We had no opportunity to get anything to eat and there were no toilets on the coach.Secondly,at no point were we informed that we had a 6hr wait in Yichang due to the rescheduleing of our flight to Shanghai.On my insistence CH provided us with a meal and the guide was very resourceful in showing us some of the sights of Yichang!!I realise neither of these inconveniences were the fault of China Highlights but more information would have been appreciated.Luckily these factors did not spoil what was athoroughly enjoyable tour.
