The other guides were terrific. Jerry did a wonderful job with us in Beijing. He was very easy to work with and his knowledge of the places we visited was very good. We all enjoyed his company and he made our trip very enjoyable.

My business manager has asked me to get an invoice for the wifi and extra room cost (Changshu) so she can process the payment for you. She will do this as soon as I give her the invoice.

We had a fantastic trip and the students really enjoyed themselves.

We were frustrated with the guide we had in Shanghai as his English was not as good as other guides. He seemed very stressed and had difficulty at times with organisation.

We also really enjoyed the Royal Phoenix Hotel. The staff were excellent, the rooms were excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast. It is in a great location and we would definitely use it again.
