I do appreciate you looking into this. It was an unfortunate incident and I would like to say that the quality of all of the other guides we had was very high. They all went out of their way to assist us and gave us lots of interesting information and were very helpful and enjoyable to spend time with. Thank you also for accommodating our last minute change from train to flight from Xi’an to Guilin.
